The Care Team is the single point of contact for customer queries, requirements or concerns. The Care team assists customers right from the booking date till the handover of the flat; after which the Maintenance Support team takes over. A dedicated Handover Team inspects the finished flats from the customer’s point of view and ensures that a ‘Quality Checked’ flat is handed over to the customer.
